To see significant results I would say commit to a 4 week program at least. Toward the end we have a meeting to assess your progress and see what shall happen. The aim is for you to be able to do the same things with less sessions until we can eventually drop it to a session a month let's say. Some people like to have ongoing work with a coach for years and I have had clients that I have worked with for 1-2 years, because they feel the benefits and can really accelerate them!
