Cancellations

You can terminate your coaching any time, you need to give 24 hour notice prior the appointment whenever possible. Sessions cancelled after this time will be charged. Memberships and Packages purchased upfront will not be refunded if you terminate the coaching sessions before it runs out.
You have the possibility to change it to someone else`s name along the way,if for any reason you do not want to carry on. Please let us know and we will try to find the best solution for everyone considering the above.
